Returns We want you to love your coffee. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.


Condition Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund.


How to Initiate Email support@blacktoplifecoffeeco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll send you a return label and get you sorted out.


Refunds Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll replace it at no cost — no return needed.
